Our Optician
Robert Martinez is Palo Alto Eyeworks' Registered Optician and owner. His career started in 1972 with Jenkel Davidson Optical where he went through a 5 year optical education program upon which he received an optical certification by the American Board of Opticians.
Robert has worked the Bay Area in optical for over 50 years. He taught optical classes in both basic optics and finishing lab skills at the San Francisco Bryman Campus for approximately 4 years.
He as been in business since 1992. Robert has mastered the art form of cosmetic fitting of eyewear. He has the skill to fit anyone by identifying face shapes and skin tones to create a great fitting pair of glasses that complement every face shape. He can also customize rimless eyewear that will fit any face to perfection!
